Practice Services

Dear Patients,

As you have been aware, due to the unprecedented times of the Covid-19 pandemic, a majority of our services offered by the practice are carried out from our main site in Marston Moretaine. However, following guidance from Public Health, and a successful recruitment campaign, we are pleased to announce that from Monday 22 August, we will be in a position to resume services safely for both patients and staff from our branch site in Cranfield, Monday to Friday. Our opening hours, 08:00-18:30, and current Practice operations remain unchanged. The Marston Moretaine will remain the central hub for all calls, and back-office functions for Marston Forest Healthcare.

We are pleased to be in a position to offer our patients appointments with the Practice Nurses and Healthcare Assistants at either Cranfield and Marston sites. We will continue operating the same day telephone triage appointment system with a GP and Advanced Nurse Practitioners until further notice. To book appointments and for general enquiries, patients are asked to continue to call the surgery on 01234 766551, as per our current operational procedure. Please note that our phone lines are open between 08:00-08:30 for emergencies only.

We have listened and taken on-board patient comments and feedback regarding access to the Practice, and we have been looking into solutions to support our patients moving forwards.

We will shortly be introducing a digital online access platform for non-urgent appointments. This platform will improve telephone access for patients with urgent concerns, and for those patients who do not have access to online services.  We will provide an update with further information in due course.
